Truth Be Told #23

Truth Be Told #23
He Drives Me Crazy, But I Love Him

We have a four day weekend.
Thank you, Christopher Columbus.

The weekend started with a bang literally.
Something in the kitchen of my brother's elementary school blew up.
His school had to be evacuated to my school on Thursday afternoon.

Everyone was OK.  I was more afraid than Sam was because it was my class that had to evacuate the gym to make room for the little kids.  All the principal said was there was an emergency at Clark School and the kids were being brought here.  I could hear the sirens going up the street!  I was so worried.  I am glad no one is hurt and the school is fine.

My brother can be a major pain, but he can be lovable.

Most of the time.

Right now he's into body parts.  Whenever Mother Eloise asks him to pose for a picture he sticks his butt out.

He's also a little confused about body parts.  Sam can be rough and he likes to fist fight with me.  I pushed him back after he was pushing me and he fell backwards.  He didn't like that so he got up and yelled, "I am going to kick you in the nuts!"

There was just so much wrong with that, I didn't know what to do.  Later, Mother Eloise and Dad told him that girls don't have nuts, they have ovaries.  This is NOT going to be good.  I should warn his teacher.

I got to go to a football game on Friday.  It was a beautiful night but the score was not so beautiful.

On Saturday my friends and I made tulle skirts for Homecoming week.
The best thing about going to Harbor Creek is you always have something to wear for Halloween, too.
I have lots orange and black in my wardrobe.

They turned out really good.  My mom's friend Tracy came to help.
The basement floor was glitterfied.

We also played basketball and Sam insisted on being the coach.
He even got a whistle.
ANNOYING.

On Sunday I invited my friend over to make a skirt too.  She had to babysit and missed the party.

We made hair bows with the left over stuff.

Natalie and I went running this week.  We made Natalie a skirt too.

Mother Eloise took this good picture of us.

It's Sunday and I feel depressed like the weekend is over, but I just remembered I get ANOTHER DAY OFF!  Christopher Columbus is my new favorite dead person.

Bye.
